Job summary

My Hometown Health in Ohio is seeking dependable Medical Assistants for a flexible PRN onsite role supporting employers with occupational health services. You will travel to client sites and work with our clinical team to deliver screenings, testing, and physicals.

This position offers no guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to work with diverse employers across the region. Prior occupational health or drug screening experience is preferred, and MA experience is required.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience is required.
• Willingness to travel within their assigned region.
• Flexible with PRN/as-needed scheduling.
• Experience in occupational health or drug screening preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during employer onsite events
• Drug and alcohol testing
• Urine drug screen collections
• Vital signs
• Patient registration and documentation
• DOT and occupational health physicals
• Hearing and vision screenings
• Respirator/occupational health testing support
• Preparing supplies and equipment
• Maintaining documentation and chain-of-custody procedures
• Helping keep onsite events organized, professional, and moving efficiently
