Job summary

My Hometown Health is seeking dependable Medical Assistants for a flexible PRN onsite role across Ohio. Travel to employer locations is required, and you will support our clinical team at workplace sites with occupational health services.

This position offers great pay with no guaranteed weekly hours. You’ll assist with on-site events, drug screens, vital signs, DOT/occupational health physicals, and patient registration while maintaining documentation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience is required.
• Willing to travel to employer locations within the region.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
• Flexible with scheduling, including occasional early mornings.
• Occupational health or drug screening experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during employer onsite events.
• Perform drug and alcohol testing and urine drug screens.
• Take vital signs and register patients; document procedures.
• Assist with DOT and occupational health physicals.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; ensure proper documentation.
