Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for an onsite role in Fort Wayne, IN. You will design, improve, and troubleshoot custom industrial machinery, collaborating with machinists and controls engineers to deliver reliable equipment.

The position is full-time, first shift with a 45-hour week, offering benefits including medical/dental/vision with HSA options and a 401(k) match. Relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design experience with industrial machinery.
• Experience in designing or modifying complete machinery.
• Familiar with GD&T and BOMs.
• Ability to work with machinists and controls engineers to resolve design challenges.
