Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites daily and work outdoors.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Collect construction materials samples from sites for testing.
• Perform geotechnical tests and inspections on materials.
• Document findings and communicate results to project managers.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on the field.
• Support mentorship and training programs for new staff.
