Job summary

You will coordinate truck staging, control movements, and oversee material flow from arrival to use or stock, with focus on safety and space optimization.

The role requires 5+ years of logistics coordination experience, construction exposure, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience coordinating logistics operations.
• Experience from construction work plus store keeping is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Gather information about incoming deliveries and needs of construction teams.
• Coordinate and control staging of trucks and their movements on the site.
• Manage flow of material from arrival to site, minimize handling, maximize space.
• Ensure offloading is safe and materials are placed correctly.
• Provide input to the goods receipt process.
• Conduct incoming inspections and report results.
