Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a Material Handler to support manufacturing operations in Pooler, GA. You will move, store, and replenish materials, ensuring accurate receiving and ERP input to keep production running smoothly.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of material handling or forklift experience, a high school diploma, and willingness to pass pre-employment screens. The role is on-site in a heavy manufacturing setting with opportunities for growth within an established global company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of forklift operation or inventory/material handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment screens (drug/background).
• Preferred: Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Transport and stage materials to support fabrication and assembly production lines.
• Verify incoming materials and input receiving transactions into SAP or applicable systems.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory in designated areas.
• Replenish materials to production lines to maintain continuous workflow.
• Break down packaging materials using hand tools and properly dispose of waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas (5S).
• Remove debris and maintain safe conditions in the facility.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
