Job summary

Weir is seeking a Material Handler for an onsite role in Phoenix, AZ. Work arrangement is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with OT as needed and occasional Saturdays for inventory or special projects.

You will pull materials for job packets, manage inventory, and operate forklifts and cranes to support material flow. Safety and accuracy are essential as you contribute to a world-class safety culture and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Warehouse experience with 1-3 years in material handling and forklift operation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and material management.
Basic technical proficiency, comfortable with ERP systems or similar technology.
Commitment to safety and following established protocols.

Responsibilities

Inventory management: pull materials and plates for job packets and report inventory to leads.
Material handling: load/unload trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes, handling loads up to 30,000 lbs.
Equipment operation & safety: perform daily forklift and crane inspections and safety check-offs.
Travel requirements: minimal to no travel; onsite.
Safety first: uphold zero-harm behaviors and safety culture.
