Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics, on-site at a Johnson & Johnson facility in Jacksonville, seeks a mailroom/warehouse associate to verify documents, prepare outbound orders, and support daily distribution operations.

You will work day shift, handle packing/palletization, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely shipments while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school or G.E.D. degree.
• Minimum three years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Verify bills of lading and packing lists; prepare outbound orders.
• Interact with distribution operators to direct activities and meet process outcomes.
• Monitor, track and report on processes within operation for management and staff.
• Complete documentation for pallet shipments.
• Communicate shortages or missing shipments to warehouse staff and PPS.
• Operate basic manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack as needed; maintain inventory records.
