Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is hiring for a Material Handler on day shift in Jacksonville, FL (on site). You will handle receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of products to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and working in a climate-controlled environment with on-site cafeteria and fitness facilities. Training provided; safety policies must be followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• May require related training or on-the-job instruction.
• Must be able to perform duties as described and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products and light assembly.
• Count product and compare to manifest; check for damage or discrepancies.
• Unload/load shipments as needed and relocate/store merchandise.
• Transport orders to shipping locations and platforms; use material handling equipment.
• Label, sort, wrap, pack and repack items as required.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts; ensure stock rotation.
