Job summary

Central States Industrial (CSI) in Allentown, PA is hiring an Onsite Material Coordinator for a temporary assignment at a customer facility. Responsibilities include receiving, inventory control, picking/packing, and managing customer-owned material with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The role involves light repairs, teamwork, and self‑initiative in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on Will Call and Delivery activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification, required
• Must have or be able to obtain a chauffeurs’ license to drive delivery truck
• Computer knowledge, required
• Epicor Kinetic software, preferred
• CSI experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive and document material per procedure
• Perform receiving accuracy checks and ensure part numbers/quantities match
• Manage and document lot-tracked material and transfers
• Pull inventory, pack, and ship orders daily
• Record heat numbers on packing lists for materials
• Break down and organize inventory and shelves
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and enter counts
• Support warehouse equipment operation and general duties
