Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn Oracle/MRP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across manufacturing, planning, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sequenced line schedules using the production plan.
• Reschedule work orders when materials or resources are unavailable.
• Adjust work order quantities to match actual production output.
• Communicate product status and issues clearly to the team.
• Provide material pick lists to warehouse and purchasing.
• Analyze data to resolve material issues affecting production schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and onhand/WIP data in Oracle.
• Lead and coordinate 8D process for stockouts and conflicts.
• Ensure reliable daily attendance and ontime delivery to customers.
