Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Material Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate material flow to support production line schedules. You will work with manufacturing, master planning, purchasing, and warehouse teams to develop sequenced line schedules, resolve shortages, and maintain Oracle data integrity. The role is on 1st shift (6:30 a.m.

– 3:00 p.m.) and on-site at our Greeneville, TN facility. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and effective

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions to support production flow.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn Oracle/MRP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use the production schedule to collaborate with manufacturing, master planning, materials, and purchasing teams to prepare a sequenced line schedule.
• Reschedule work orders when materials or resources are not available to meet the original schedule.
• Adjust work order quantities to match actual production output and communicate status to the team.
