Job summary

EMR USA in Camden, NJ is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role supports campaigns, communications, events, promotional materials, and corporate marketing projects.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, communicate with diverse audiences, and drive projects from planning through completion. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate and execute initiatives onsite at our Camden HQ, gaining broad exposure to various marketing areas

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working across multiple areas of the marketing mix.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and communications activities that support business objectives.
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage print, digital, and promotional materials.
• Assist with the development and management of the company's marketing plan and budget.
• Support marketing campaigns across print and online channels.
• Create presentations, marketing literature, campaign materials, and other marketing content for a variety of audiences.
• Develop engaging internal and external communications.
• Coordinate internal and external marketing events and activities.
• Respond to incoming marketing-related email, phone, and social media inquiries.
• Coordinate promotional items and related materials.
• Support PR and CSR activities as needed.
• Work with the Internal Communications Manager and other internal teams on marketing and communications initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
