Job summary

SIA Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Jacksonville, NC. This onsite role supports coordination of campaigns, content creation, events, and marketing communications.

You will work closely with leadership and partners to move initiatives forward, managing calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in marketing, strong writing skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing, communications, project coordination, or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation and publication of blogs, newsletters, social media content, videos, client resources, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with SIA Group's brand standards and messaging.
• Assist with website updates and ongoing content management.
• Maintain a library of approved marketing and sales support materials.
• Help develop educational content that positions SIA Group as a trusted advisor and industry resource.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, executive briefings, proposals, and sales collateral.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns that generate awareness, referrals, and new business opportunities.
• Manage social media scheduling and posting across company platforms.
• Support email marketing campaigns and communications.
• Assist with SEO, digital advertising, and website optimization initiatives.
