Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician in Harmans, MD for a 100% onsite role supporting Phase I–III biologics manufacturing. You will operate in cleanrooms, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot bioprocess equipment, and coordinate with vendors to ensure equipment reliability.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in GMP/Bio-Pharma maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strict

Qualifications

• 5 years of GMP/Bio-Pharma maintenance and/or engineering experience.
• Clean room experience or GMP/FDA regulated industry experience.
• Ability to lift/carry 40 lbs and work on ladders/step stools.
• Basic math and computer skills; clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop engineering solutions for maintenance, improvement, quality and safety initiatives and failure investigations.
• Work independently on projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and repair bioprocess equipment and related systems.
• Utilize CMMS to complete preventive and responsive maintenance work orders.
• Develop PM SOPs/records, establish PM frequencies, and manage spare parts inventory.
