Job summary

SwapLoader is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations, ensure quality and safety, and support inventory management and employee development on the shop floor. This onsite role focuses on driving continuous improvement, accountability, and a positive work culture while meeting production goals and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Background in construction, warehousing, or distribution preferred.
• Proven leadership and team motivation experience.
• Strong math skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must work effectively under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees and maintain safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage production schedules and align with quality and efficiency goals.
• Oversee inventory layout, material flow, and finished goods movement.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop hourly team members; perform evaluations.
• Train and enforce safety protocols; lead incident investigations and compliance.
• Support special projects and broader plant initiatives as assigned by management.
