Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our El Paso, TX location. This onsite role operates Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm and is eligible for a variable incentive program.

The supervisor will lead production and quality systems, schedule workloads, coach employees, and drive a zero-incident culture while controlling overtime and budgets. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or other relevant operational environment.
• Must be proficient in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
• No relocation benefit offered; candidates within 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX considered; certain visa sponsorships not provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the systems in place to maximize quality and production.
• Schedule and commit the workload to meet all customer needs to the most effective manner.
• Maintain and improve the quality and effectiveness of the department’s methods/processes.
• Communicate with employees on policy, objectives and quality issues.
• Create and maintain a high level of employee morale.
• Control overtime, tools, and other budgets within current guidelines.
• Manage payroll, attendance, performance reviews and other administrative needs.
• Coordinate with other departments effectively.
• Develop potential candidates for management and professional positions.
• Promote a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Promote plan MESH (safety) policies and encourage employees to follow sound safety practices.

Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish

Leadership experience in manufacturing
