Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in El Paso, TX. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm, focusing on training, continuous improvement, quality products, and achieving zero-incident culture.

Responsibilities include maximizing output, scheduling workload, maintaining equipment, payroll and attendance, and cross-department coordination. A Bachelor's/Engineering degree or equivalent leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or other relevant operational environment.
• Must be proficient in English and Spanish.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
