Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable LLC in Hayesville, NC or Hiawassee, GA seeks a Safety Coordinator as the primary day-to-day safety resource for an assigned manufacturing plant. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will collaborate with plant leadership to promote a safe workplace and regulatory compliance.

You will conduct inspections, investigate incidents, deliver safety training, support LOTO and NFPA 70E programs, and maintain training and investigation records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial safety, supervision, maintenance, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active, approachable safety presence on the manufacturing floor.
• Conduct routine inspections and track corrective actions through completion.
• Investigate injuries, incidents, near misses, and property-damage events; assist root-cause analyses.
