Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Reliability Engineer to optimize preventive maintenance, lead RCA, and drive reliability across critical manufacturing assets at our Lincoln, NE site. You will partner with maintenance, operations, and quality teams to reduce downtime, improve MTTR/MTBF, and support TPM and other reliability initiatives.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in maintenance and reliability within a cGMP setting, a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 5+ years of equivalent maintenance experience in a cGMP industry.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience required.
• 5+ years of reliability engineering experience preferred and applicable in cGMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance planning, spares, and asset reliability.
