Job summary

Fralock is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer programs and internal cross-functional projects from initiation through completion at our Poway, CA location. You will ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer expectations are clearly defined and actively managed to deliver reliable, on-time results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within manufacturing, with strong cross-functional leadership, excellent communication, and experience with ERP/MRP/CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project/program management in manufacturing.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer programs from launch to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans and risk logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across departments.
• Own project status, actions, risks, and escalations.
• Assign owners, due dates, and follow-up on deliverables.
• Monitor scope, timing, cost, and quality.
• Support quote-to-launch and production handoff.
• Provide updates and leadership summaries.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations for alignment.
• Maintain data in ERP/CRM for decision making.
