Job summary

Catapult Global, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee initiatives from kickoff to completion within a fast-paced manufacturing and supply chain context. You will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and Asia partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and keep comprehensive documentation.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and independence with cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and professional communicator.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from kickoff through completion, including timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction from RFQ to production readiness.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget; monitor risks and mitigation.
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, and track progress across teams.
• Present status updates to sales, account management, leadership, and customers.
• Maintain drawings and project documentation in designated systems.
• Liaise between customers, internal teams, and Asia manufacturing partners.
• Review information and request clarifications as needed.
• Develop and maintain project trackers; support continuous improvement using data.
• Support project costing, tooling investments, and supplier quotations.
