Job summary

Greenworks Tools seeks a Business Systems IT Specialist – Manufacturing for on-site work in Morristown, TN. You will analyze manufacturing IT systems, coordinate with IT and management to meet production needs, implement software, and train staff to ensure data integrity and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field and have hands-on experience with ERP/MES/PLC, SAP, ADP, Salesforce, and Power BI, driving security, performance, and data accuracy across the plant.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies (ERP, MES, PLC).
Proficient in software development, data analysis, database management, and network administration.
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data and systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing manufacturing systems and processes to identify improvements and develop solutions.
Ensure IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and supports operations.
Implement new manufacturing technologies, software, and systems to enhance production.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot IT issues in manufacturing environments.
Integrate new technologies with existing systems and train staff on use.
