Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Must be available to work weekends as needed

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics, operations, and team development? We are seeking a Bilingual Logistics Operations Supervisor / Onsite Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of 30-40 associates in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, put‑away, and shipping.
• Supervise and support a workforce of 30-40 temporary associates.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, and service‑level metrics.
• Coordinate staffing and labor plans based on daily operational needs.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, workflow bottlenecks, and inventory challenges.
• Partner with operations, transportation, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for shift‑level operational concerns.

Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

3+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain leadership experience

Experience managing teams in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Hands‑on management style with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Knowledge of warehouse operations, productivity metrics, and labor planning

Weekend availability required

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher preferred (not required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Experience in fulfillment centers, distribution centers, or logistics operations
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
