Adecco is seeking an Onsite Supervisor for a Foothill Ranch, CA facility. This 3rd shift role supports the client by overseeing attendance, safety walks, and daily issue resolution while maintaining strong KPI performance standards.

The position is a temporary role that could convert to permanent placement for the right candidate, with pay ranging from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to support our client’s manufacturing facility (Onsite) in Foothill Ranch, CA.

The Onsite Supervisor acts as the candidate’s/associate’s employment “agent” (i.e., liaison) and point of contact through the recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. This position must ensure satisfaction by maintaining a solid working relationship with our candidates/associates – showing appreciation for their performance and contributions, sharing their importance to our organization, and reinforcing the benefits of working for Adecco. This position is also accountable for meeting performance KPI and SLA metrics to ensure excellent client delivery. Our goal is to provide applicants with employment, and clients with skilled associates that are well-matched to their unique hiring needs.

This is a temp position that could turn to a permanent placement for the right candidate.

3rd Shift 9:00PM – 6:00AM

Pay Rate $28.00 - $30.00

Responsibilities for this Onsite Supervisor role include:

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
