Job summary

Randstad in Richardson, TX is hiring a Site Manager to support Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS), embedding on client sites to solve workforce challenges and partner with client HR.

You will build relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, screen and interview candidates, and manage all aspects of the client workforce on site.

This role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, strong relationship management, and delivery of creative employment solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Experience multitasking and prioritizing workload.
• Professional communication at all levels of the client organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations.
• Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.

RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs. Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client's site to solve their workforce challenges.

The Site Manager will work on-site at our client's location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. They listen to understand the quality and volume and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. Site Managers act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the employees.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
