Two Coast Living in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic improvements, and cleaning to meet company standards, ensuring move-in ready homes on schedule.

You will work with Maintenance and Property Management, handle painting, fixture replacement, HVAC filter changes, and safety compliance, while delivering professional service to residents across the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance or make-ready experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover with painting, repairs, testing, and cleaning.
• Ensure units meet quality and safety standards before move-in.
• Assist maintenance team with repairs and preventative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and teammates across the community.
