Qualifications

• 2 years full-time maintenance experience, preferably HOA or property management
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical, pool equipment, painting, drywall
• Valid driver’s license; current pool certification preferred or willingness to train

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, systems, common areas and amenities
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and power washing tasks
• Oversee pool and spa maintenance and grounds work
• Maintain pool patio area, furniture, ramadas and courts
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete service requests
• Operate and store maintenance tools and equipment
• Coordinate with Community Manager to ensure safety and cleanliness of clubhouse, bathrooms, fitness center, and offices
