The role requires carpentry, drywall, electrical, painting, and outdoor work in varying weather, with opportunities to supervise others as needed. A strong, professional attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Carpentry, sheetrock hanging/finishing, painting and basic electrical work are required.
• Experience across construction, maintenance, and repairs is essential.
• Ability to manage vendors and coordinate facility operations throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and maintenance needs for the community.
• Perform duties in all areas of construction and maintenance.
• Lead and train other workers as needed; supervise crews if assigned.
