Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician to join the Authentix Stoughton residential community in Stoughton, WI. You will provide exceptional resident service, address maintenance needs, and support daily operations under the Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more, while maintaining curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in trades.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance) and use tablets/phones to stay connected.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring.
• Maintain grounds, perform pressure washing, painting, trash removal.
• Manage work orders via software and mobile apps.
