Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Technician for the Authentix Stoughton community in Stoughton, WI. You will handle resident service needs, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure a safe, appealing property with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential setting or related trade.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physically capable of performing required tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs (up to 250 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident experience through proactive maintenance and service.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring and related systems to keep the community running smoothly.
