Job summary

LyvWell Apartments LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at The Merian. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks while delivering exceptional resident service.

We value teamwork, reliability, strong communication, and attention to detail. The role may require weekend shifts and a valid driver's license; HVAC/plumbing/electrical certifications are preferred. Growth opportunities and excellent benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Self-motivated, team-player, strong communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability.
• Weekend work may be required (Saturday and Sunday).
• Computer and smartphone literacy required.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements.
• Handle plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, etc.).
• Repair/replace doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc. (carpentry).
• Paint and drywall/plaster repairs.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches, outlets.
