Job summary

Agile Cold Storage in Macon, GA is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Tech to ensure safe and efficient operation of our facility. You will maintain and repair equipment, read technical manuals, and collaborate with team members to boost uptime and productivity.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in maintenance, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and possible forklift experience. On-site position with expected routine shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of maintenance experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and make necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
Experience with Forklifts/Crowns.
