You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, and coordinate with operations to align maintenance with business needs. Safety and quality are priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance with production equipment and control systems.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Experience leading a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team in daily tasks, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs for production equipment and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues around the community.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting workflow.
• Maintain vendor oversight of maintenance tasks around the community.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
