Artemis Lifestyles is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Orlando, FL to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across the community. The role supports the appearance and functionality of buildings and amenities while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, completing preventative maintenance (lighting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, irrigation), and documenting work and safety issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of general maintenance experience preferred, HOA/condo/apartment environment a plus.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to common areas, buildings, amenities, and community equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or code issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on facilities including lighting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, irrigation, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas, walkways, parking areas, and recreation facilities.
• Assist with pool area inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and after-hours calls when required.
• Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and management regarding maintenance requests and updates.
• Document completed work, inspections, and issues and report findings to management.
