Job summary

Affinity is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at The Canopy and Camellia on Buck in the Sacramento area. The role requires living onsite at The Canopy and entails on-call after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule, plus a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm shift.

You will manage general maintenance, coordinate with the Property Manager, supervise the maintenance team, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and timely completion of work orders across two apartment communities located

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Demonstrates teamwork and strong customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and resolve conflicts.
• Reliable transportation and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on-call.
• Maintain pool/spa (if applicable).
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours.
