Dayton Vitality Hotel seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations on-site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff. Lead preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and support life safety initiatives while managing a maintenance team.

Reporting to the Executive Engineer, this role focuses on asset protection, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experience through proactive leadership and compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversees engineering and maintenance activities to ensure high quality workmanship.
• Schedules and supervises preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintains safety procedures and life safety training across staff.
• Ensures records of maintenance/repairs comply with policy and legal mandates.
• Coordinates life safety inspections and energy management measures.
