Job summary

Hussey Copper, a Pantheon Electric company, is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Planner for our Eminence, Kentucky facility. You will plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, manage work orders in the CMMS, and coordinate labor, parts, tools, and documentation to keep production moving.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, hands-on experience in industrial maintenance planning, and the ability to develop safe, executable work plans.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical/industrial maintenance background required.
• Associate degree or technical education preferred; six+ years experience acceptable.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience planning or scheduling maintenance work with CMMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders and backlog using the CMMS.
• Coordinate labor, parts, tools, permits, drawings, and documentation for each job.
• Develop labor, material, and cost estimates using historical data.
• Schedule maintenance around production, downtime, and labor availability.
• Support planned shutdowns and outages and improve work scope.
