Responsibilities include operating the mail inserter and postage equipment, loading materials, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with postal requirements. A high school diploma and basic data-entry skills are required, with prior mailroom experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Prior mail room experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work on-site at Florence, SC.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated mail inserter and postage metering equipment.
• Set up inserter jobs per production schedules.
• Load documents, envelopes, inserts into machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality.
• Verify mail pieces contain correct documents and inserts.
• Apply postage and ensure postal compliance.
• Sort, tray, bundle, and prepare mail for pickup.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues.
• Assist with other mailroom duties.
