Regal Rexnord is seeking a skilled machinist for an all-onsite role in Wisconsin. You will perform diverse machining operations, set up equipment, and ensure parts meet exact tolerances by reading complex drawings and documenting inspection results.

The role includes mentoring colleagues, following safety procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods are required.

Qualifications

• One year of machining experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
• English literacy for reading/writing documents and notes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team setting.
• Able to use basic math and measurement tools.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified machining operations and setups to produce close-tolerance parts.
• Read and interpret drawings, charts, and diagrams.
• Train and mentor new and experienced employees to meet specs.
• Set up and operate a wide range of machining equipment and fixtures.
• Inspect machined parts and document results.
