ABB's Production team in Mebane, NC, is seeking an assembly-focused operator to join on-site. You will perform assembly to produce semi-finished or final products, interpret technical diagrams, use hand tools, and operate shop-floor equipment.

Regular quality testing and adherence to SOPs are essential, with a focus on safe lifting and organized work areas. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in manufacturing, and familiarity with basic measurement tools.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge and use of tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assembly to produce semi-finished or final products.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams/instructions for assembly.
• Perform work manually or by using light hand tools; operate shop floor machinery when needed.
• Carry out regular quality testing as part of the production process.
