• 1–2+ years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret instructions, prepare reports and work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispatch operations and oversee terminal load plans for efficiency.
• Coordinate pickups, appointments, and driver performance with urgency and accuracy.
• Maintain real-time visibility into freight movement and driver status.
• Provide guidance to contractors and resolve operational challenges.
• Administer dispatch systems and ensure compliant documentation and logs.
