Concentra is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time onsite clinic in Middletown, OH. You will support patient care, assist practitioners, and handle basic administrative duties in a busy occupational health setting.

The role demands flexibility with schedule (Sun-Tue, 7AM-7PM) and a patient-first, service-oriented approach, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to HIPAA/PHI rules.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Current registration/license in the state where employed (OH)
Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications
Occupational health nursing experience preferred (1 year)

Responsibilities

Escort patients to exam room and assist the practitioner
Draw blood and prepare paperwork for laboratory pick-up
Perform urine drug screens with proper chain of custody
Maintain exam rooms, lab areas, and inventory; restock supplies
Maintain medical records; protect confidentiality of health information
Handle front office tasks: check-in/out and records processing
Dispense medications as directed by practitioner per state rules
Operate and calibrate clinical equipment; maintain records
Perform ancillary tests (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms) as ordered
