Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is hiring an experienced LPN for a full-time onsite role at our Middletown, OH clinic.

You will assist practitioners, support patient care, and manage routine clinic tasks in a fast-paced environment. Two schedules are available: Thu-Sat 7AM–7PM or Sun-Tue 7AM–7PM.

Starting pay is $28/hr (negotiable) with opportunities for experience-based adjustments. Requires LPN licensure and current state registration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed.
• Continuing education is required to maintain license and to perform job.

Responsibilities

• Escorts patients to exam rooms and assists practitioners with examinations and treatments.
• Draws blood and prepares lab paperwork for pickup.
• Performs urine drug screens and ensures proper chain of custody.
• Maintains cleanliness and stocking of exam, lab, and treatment areas.
