Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a seven-week, onsite assignment in Hampton, NH. The role requires 40 hours per week with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift and offers base pay of $34/hour ($1,360 weekly).

The LPN will deliver direct patient care under RN supervision, document accurately, administer medications, and participate in care planning and discharge preparation to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical nurse program.
• Must be licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Verification of TB test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents objective and subjective data.
• Observes patient condition and reports changes to RN.
• Contributes to care planning and implements plan of care.
• Administers medications per physician orders and documents data.
• Assists in discharge planning and patient/family education.
