Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our onsite assignment in Concord, NH. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, and participate in care planning and documentation using PCC.

This 14-week contract starts 9/29/2026 and offers a 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM shift, a minimum of 40 hours per week, and competitive compensation with benefits. BLS/CPR and NH LPN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Reads, writes and speaks English to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Administers medications per physician orders and documents accordingly.
• Collaborates with the RN and other staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitors patient conditions and reports changes to the RN.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures PHI confidentiality.
• Performs duties to support discharge planning and continuity of care.
