Job summary

SimIS, Inc. seeks a Low-Code/No‑Code Solutions Developer to rapidly prototype digital workflows and CAPDEV workflows on site. You will design, test, and iterate solutions, integrating multiple data sources and APIs, then transition prototypes toward enterprise scaling.

Ideal candidates have hands-on delivery history, two or more apps built on non‑Microsoft platforms, and a track record of user testing and iterative improvement in constrained environments. Onsite role with strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a closely related field is required.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data or analytical solutions with user impact.
• Proven use of non-Microsoft low-code/no-code platforms to build apps/workflows.
• Rapid prototyping delivering MVPs or pilots with data models and integrations.
• Two examples of digital workflows designed to improve processes.
• Experience extending platforms with APIs, databases, or programming.
• Two examples of user testing or operational pilots for developed apps.
• Demonstrated lifecycle practices: testing, version control, environments.
• Ability to prepare prototypes for enterprise development or scaling.
• Two examples communicating prototype results to decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Support CAPDEV teams with rapid development of digital workflow proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with process owners and users to map flows, decisions, and data needs.
• Document workflows detailing roles, states, handoffs, and business rules.
• Translate needs into minimal viable prototypes to test with users.
• Design, configure, develop, test, and improve digital apps replacing manual processes.
