Job summary

You will book loads on orders, manage each load for timely and cost-efficient delivery, and coordinate inbound materials to the processing facility and outbound goods to regional centers and customers.

The role requires 2–5 years of logistics experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
• Ability to learn transportation software systems.
• Knowledge of DOT, state, and federal requirements.
• Experience coordinating loads and working with third-party carriers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize loads to meet company goals and profitability.
• Form and time loads to optimize service levels and cost efficiency.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and coordinates with carriers.
• Address concerns and implement solutions for customers and carriers.
• Execute carrier claims and ensure documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with Regional Distribution Centers to manage transfers.
