Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s in supply chain preferred.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or shipping preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight coordination, and transport processes.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to meet production requirements.
• Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and transportation providers.
• Prepare, process, and verify shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, labels).
• Process ASNs and customer shipping requirements in the system.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately and by deadlines; resolve issues.
• Maintain shipment records and provide status updates as needed.
• Support inventory accuracy and transportation cost control.
