Job summary

Clean Harbors in Bishopville, SC is seeking an Environmental Services Coordinator to manage scheduling of regional equipment and personnel, including drivers, to deliver efficient logistics for internal and external customers. This role supervises associates and drives optimal execution within the territory.

Key duties include coordinating drivers, maintaining safety, and ensuring regulatory compliance across DOT and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to pass background check, drug test, and physical, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers and review daily logs to ensure DOT compliance.
• Receive incoming calls to schedule responses accordingly.
• Maintain communication between customers, drivers and central logistics team.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles receive regular preventive maintenance and schedule repairs as needed.
• Ensure drivers meet federal and company regulations and complete daily logs and reports.
